We use professional camera gear to showcase your space in 6K video and ultra-sharp high resolution images. With up to 96 megapixels of detail, every shot is refined and downsampled for crisp, natural results. The outcome is photos and video that stand out on MLS, Instagram, or anywhere your listing is marketed — making your property look its absolute best.
We use a flash–ambient technique for all our photos. Different from HDR photo stacking, flash–ambient removes unwanted reflections and color casts to reveal the true look of your space, whereas HDR may misrepresent the interior aspects. With flash–ambient, we can bring windows to life with clear views while brightening darker areas of the home. This gives us more control over the light and produces images that look natural, accurate, and consistent.
Your space is best seen when the sun is facing it. Therefore the best time of day depends on the direction your space faces and the time of season. East-facing spaces shine in the morning (8–11 AM), while west-facing spaces look best in the late afternoon (4–7 PM). South-facing spaces often work around midday (11 AM–2 PM), and north-facing spaces usually between late morning and early afternoon. The time of year matters too—before or after daylight savings, the sun sets earlier or later, shifting the ideal window. No matter the time of day, rest assured we will help you pick the perfect time so your space always looks its best.
